Plaintiff gets $556, but $944 for security deposit to defendant take out of the $1550 security. There was also pet damage, from two dogs and a cat. Defendant mother agreed to paint son’s room. Then, when plaintiff smelled Weed again, and there were multiple occasions of smelling Weed, plaintiff moved to evict defendants. The first time plaintiff smelled Weed in the guest house, she told defendant mother that the lease said no smoking in the guest house.
Defendant son says he had surgery three years ago, and has constant pain so has the medical marijuana card. The defendants lived in plaintiff’s guest cottage. Plaintiff mother wants her security deposit back. Plaintiff also is suing for property damages, and smoking weed in the house.
